Apprenticeship Program
The BTM Apprenticeship Program develops highly skilled, team-oriented employees with the training and experience to efficiency and effectively deliver BTM products and services with world-class quality.
The program provides on-the-job training and classroom instruction in CNC Machining (Lathe & Milling), Tool & Die, Mechatronics and Machine Design. Each apprentice has a mentor, a BTM Master Craftsman who offers advice, guidance, coaching and expertise.
The Program provides strong wage growth with little or no educational debt and nationally recognized certification. It can also serve as a stepping stone to management and senior technical positions.
